- Toast the bread and set aside.
- Cook the Crispy scallopine in an oil fryer for 2 minutes 30 seconds, at 180ºC.
- Spread some mayonnaise on a slice of bread and place some pieces of lettuce on it, the Crispy Scallopine, more lettuce, and then the tomato.
- Place another slice of bread spread with mayonnaise on top and add the cheese and the vegan slices.
- Finally, finish with the other slice of toast.
Place the Crispy Scallopine between lettuce and lettuce to keep it crispy.
