Made with Crispy Scallopine with a hint of lemon and parsley

• 3 slices of sliced bread
• 1 Crispy Escalope with a Touch of Lemon & Parsley
• 3 slices of vegan cold meat
• 3 thin slices of tomato
• 2 slices of cheese
• 4 lettuce leaves
• Mayonnaise
• Oil


  1. Toast the bread and set aside.
  2. Cook the Crispy scallopine in an oil fryer for 2 minutes 30 seconds, at 180ºC.
  3. Spread some mayonnaise on a slice of bread and place some pieces of lettuce on it, the Crispy Scallopine, more lettuce, and then the tomato.
  4. Place another slice of bread spread with mayonnaise on top and add the cheese and the vegan slices.
  5. Finally, finish with the other slice of toast.


Place the Crispy Scallopine between lettuce and lettuce to keep it crispy.
