SAVOURY WAFFLE WITH EXTRA CRISPY BURGER AND HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE

Elaborado con Extra Crispy Burger

Ingredientes

225 g boiled and peeled potatoes
70 g flour
1 Extra Crispy Burger
75 ml soy beverage
Stem of a spring onion
2 tbsp. brewer’s yeast
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. yeast
1 tsp. onion powder Salt
Pepper

PREPARATION MODE:

  1. Put the potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a hand potato masher.
  2. Preheat the oven, put the batter in waffle tins and bake at 220º for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the soya drink, yeast, flour and spices. Mix well until smoot
  4. Separately, fry the Extra Crispy Burger in the air fryer for 5 minutes on each side at 200ºC.
  5. Serve the waffles with the Extra Crispy Burger on top.
  6. Separately, mix the honey and mustard in a bowl.
  7. Drizzle the waffles with the honey-mustard sauce and add the chopped spring onion stalk on top.

TIP

You can use a waffle iron or an electric waffle iron to prepare this recipe.
