FETUCCINI WITH VEGAN BOLOGNESSE

Ingredientes

• 750 g fried tomato
• 400 g fettuccini
• 150 g Tasty Bites
• 1 onion
• 150 ml red wine
• 1 clove of garlic
• Some fresh basil leaves

• 4 tbsp. oil
• 1/2 tsp. thyme
• 1/2 tsp. oregano
• Salt
• Pepper

PREPARATION MODE:

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the manufacturer’s instructions until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, put a dash of oil in a frying pan and add the chopped garlic and onion. Cook over a low heat until tender.
  3. Add the Tasty Bites, season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add the wine and tomato and turn up the heat to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
  5. Add the thyme and oregano and cook for a few more minutes. Remove and set aside.
  6. Serve the fettuccini with the vegan bolognese sauce on top and garnish with some fresh basil leaves.
